Two ways to work with us

Launch fast on a proven formula, or build something entirely your own. Some clients launch with a stock formula while their bespoke formulation is developed in the background: the two paths can run in parallel.

Launch quickly with a tested, ready-to-order formulation in your own branding. Our stock formulas have passed all necessary testing: all you need to do is create your packaging design and complete product registration.

    Initial consultation
    Your Account Manager walks you through our stock formulas and helps you find the best fit for your brand and market.

    Artwork & compliance
    We guide you through your packaging artwork, making sure it meets every regulatory requirement before it goes to print.

    Quantities & product registration
    Once artwork is approved, we agree order quantities and guide you through registering your product ahead of launch.

Develop your own formula

Create a unique product built precisely to your brief, from concept to shelf, with complete control over your formulation. Your Account Manager is with you at every step.

    Formulation
    An initial consultation to understand your vision, then a desktop formula tailored to your brief and a small number of samples to review.

    Sample production
    Made in our on-site development lab, typically within 3 weeks. Any ingredients we need to source are factored into the timeline.

    Sample confirmation
    You assess several samples. We refine and re-sample until you are completely happy with the formulation.
  4. 4
    Product testing
    Challenge and stability testing to make sure your product is safe, effective and compliant. Accelerated stability testing is available.
  5. 5
    Product registration
    Your product is registered and a Product Information File created, including a Cosmetic Product Safety Report.
  6. 6
    Manufacture
    We manufacture to your exact formulation and packaging requirements, ready for distribution and sale.
